lovely hotel professional service rooftop bar
it's a LOVELY hotel. All runs professionally and courteously. It is a wonderful alternative to the usual string of corporate hotel chains. Location is fabulous. The rooftop bar is a great feature. I listened to live music just inside the entryway in the spacious lounge in the evenings. It felt nice, pleasant, and fun.
i stayed here for several days recently and it was an OK experience overall. i found the hotel somewhat lacking. The main common area looks beautiful, but several areas of the facility were not up to standard.

the staff was always available at the reception desk. Concierge services are present for luggage assistance and travel arrangements. Daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels and toiletries were provided, maintaining cleanliness.

my room featured a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks for purchase. A safe was available in the closet for securing valuables. Climate control allowed setting a comfortable room temperature. blackout curtains ensured complete darkness at night.

the hotel sits close to public transportation. Nearby, i noticed multiple restaurants, cafes, and shops. Several tourist attractions are within reasonable walking distance. Taxis were also readily available outside the entrance.

the rooftop pool and terrace were great features. i enjoyed the sun and food. the rooftop also had city views and was open until midnight. it was relaxing after exploring the city all day.

The staff was cute and efficient. A bottle of complimentary champagne added a NICE touch. The hotel's location is very convenient for accessing attractions and public transportation. The rooftop terrace offered excellent views and a relaxing spot.
I noticed a slight rumbling sound from the metro at times.

the hotel had two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. rooftop dining offered great views. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location was close to shopping.
the wifi was unreliable. it frequently disconnected and was annoying to use. it was an inconvenience because i did not plan to purchase an international sim.

Staying here was just wonderful! The hotel's location made it super easy to explore so many sites. Breakfast had a wide selection, and the rooftop bar provided very nice service. Housekeeping responded quickly with the iron I requested, and taxis were readily available outside.
The free Wi-Fi was a struggle to connect, quite frustrating!
